Personal Healthy Interactive Training is an outdoor fitness training service designed to provide you with a professional atmosphere while achieving those much wanted goals with your own health and fitness.

Whether it is training one-on-one, with a friend or as part of a group we can prescribe the exercise necessary to achieve your goals and provide the motivation for you to improve your fitness and appearance. It might be increasing muscle tone, losing weight, improving your aerobic capacity, strengthening your core or focusing on sports specific training. Your training is provided in an enjoyable and exciting atmosphere that suits you.

The difference with PHIT is that when it’s time to train, we train! Of course there is time to have a laugh and a chat in the recovery periods but you’re guaranteed to get the most out of the session. It’s a great way to bond with friends and challenge yourself to get the hard work done. You will be guided and instructed, by a fully qualified and experienced fitness trainer, through an exercise program designed specifically for your needs. Your trainer will ensure you complete tasks that are directly related to your goals.
